1. PAL Gift Cards (GC) are only available for purchase online at www.giftcard.philippineairlines.com

2. You can pay using credit card and other acceptable forms of payments identified by Philippine Airlines. Your Gift Card should match the currency of the ticket and myPAL Travel Boost (previously called Travel Extras you are about to purchase. The Gift Card’s value will not be converted to any currency and will be considered final.   

3. When purchasing a Gift Card, you must provide a valid email address as purchaser and a valid email address of your intended recipient, if applicable. The personalized Gift Card will be sent to the recipient’s email address you entered after completion of payment. There will be no physical cards available.  

4. You can purchase a minimum of one (1) and a maximum of ten (10) Gift Cards per transaction, with a minimum and a maximum value as specified in the offer page.  

5. When availing the Gift Card, you can:  

• Choose from a range of available card designs depending on the occasion and message; 

• Tailor your message with a maximum of 125 characters; and  

• Determine the delivery date to your intended recipient up to 60 days from date of purchase 

6. You will receive an Order Confirmation via email following the purchase of the Gift Card. Acknowledgment Receipt will be sent via email at least 24 hours after successful payment. 

7. Your recipient will receive the personalized Gift Card with the unique GC number and PIN code, which must be entered to purchase Philippine Airlines ticket/s and/or myPAL Travel Boost (except for myPAL Travel Insurance and myPAL Upgrade).  

8. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded and do not expire or lose their value over time. There is no maintaining balance needed for availing the Gift Card. Other than the purchase price for your gift card, there are no other chargeable fees for your purchase and/or redemption of the gift card (e.g., activation fees, additional service fees, or dormancy fees, and the like) 

9. The whole amount paid for the Gift Card will appear on your credit card or account under the biller’s name of Philippine Airlines.  

10. Gift cards can be used to pay for tickets and select myPAL Travel Boost (previously called Travel Extras) through the following channels:   

• www.philippineairlines.com 

• PAL Mobile App  

• PAL Ticket office  

• Global Reservation Hotline

11. Gift Cards may be used to purchase Tickets (including base fare, taxes, and fees) and/or myPAL Travel Boost (except for myPAL Travel Insurance and myPAL Upgrade). Applicable discounts will be available as required by law.  

12. Gift Cards may be spent in increments until the total amount is fully used.  

13. When purchasing Philippine Airlines ticket/s and myPAL Travel Boost, the currency on your Gift Card will be the only currency applicable for purchasing Tickets and myPAL Travel Boost quoted in the same currency. The Gift Card’s value will not be converted to any other currency for redemption.  

14. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase new Gift Card(s).  

15. If the purchase amount equals the available GC balance, the value will be fully used. If the purchase amount exceeds the GC’s redeemable balance, the excess may be paid through other acceptable forms of payment. 
     
    You can use up to a maximum of two (2) forms of payment for a single transaction with a combination of either any of the following: Gift Card(s), Voucher(s) and any acceptable forms of payment. 

16. Gift Card is transferable and can be used to pay for a Philippine Airlines ticket or select myPAL Travel Boost  of another customer.  

17. In cases of flight disruptions or cancellations, the refund value will be credited back to the GC used to purchase the tickets or myPAL Travel Boost  (as applicable). Refund is in accordance with the Fare Conditions of the ticket.  

18. Philippine Airlines is not responsible if any Gift Card is lost, stolen, or used without recipient’s permission. You agree that the possession by any person of the gift card is deemed an authority for said person as bearer of the gift card to use the same. Neither PAL nor PAL’s agent, employee or representative is obligated to request a person presenting this Gift Card to identify himself/herself.  

19. Philippine Airlines tickets and myPAL Travel Boost purchased using Gift Card are subject to applicable Fare Conditions and Conditions of Carriage of Philippine Airlines.  

20. PAL is not liable in the case that the email address of Gift Card recipient is incorrect.  

21. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned or converted to cash or credit, except where required by law.  

22. Except where prohibited by law, Philippine Airlines reserves the right to refuse, deactivate, cancel, reject, or hold for review any gift card mistakenly issued in an incorrect denomination or issued or procured, directly or indirectly, in connection with fraudulent actions or in connection with any violation of these terms and conditions.  

23. PAL reserves the right to modify and otherwise change these Terms and Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. These modifications or changes shall not impact the Gift Cards that have already been purchased. 

24. Any Personal Data which will be gathered under this transaction will be processed in accordance with our Data Privacy Policy which may be viewed at https://www.philippineairlines.com/PrivacyPolicy,the applicable carrier's privacy policy for flights operated by our partners, the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines, and any other relevant data privacy laws, rules, and regulations. 

1. Miles to Dear PAL Miles e-Card conversion is only available for online processing at   www.giftcard.philippineairlines.com

2. All Mabuhay miles members with sufficient miles value may avail the miles conversion offering.   

3. Conversion must be done in increments of 7,500 miles. (Minimum request is 7,500 miles and maximum request is 1,500,000 miles within a calendar year).  

4. Dear PAL Miles e-Card currencies are USD and PHP only. 7500 miles is equivalent to either USD 50 or PHP 2500..  

9. You will receive an Order Confirmation via email following the conversion of your miles to a Dear PAL Miles e-Card. 

10. Your recipient will receive the personalized Dear PAL Miles e-Card with the unique voucher number and PIN code, which must be entered to purchase Philippine Airlines ticket/s and/or myPAL Travel Boost (except for myPAL Travel Insurance, myPAL Upgrade, and PAL Boutique items).  

11. If you selected “Send later, then the Dear PAL Miles e-Card will be delivered on the date you have indicated in the purchase page. Once delivered, a Dear PAL Miles e-Card Delivery Confirmation email will be sent to e sender. 

12. Dear PAL Miles e-Cards cannot be reloaded. Other than the miles deducted from your Mabuhay Miles account, there are no other chargeable fees for your purchase and/or redemption of the Dear PAL Miles e-Card (e.g., activation fees, additional service fees, or dormancy fees, and the like) 

13. Dear PAL Miles e-Cards will expire 2 years from the date of issuance. 

14. Philippine Airlines is not responsible if any Dear PAL Miles e-Card is lost, stolen, or used without recipient’s permission. You agree that the possession by any person of the e-Card is deemed an authority for said person as bearer of the e-Card to use the same. Neither PAL nor PAL’s agent, employee or representative is obligated to request a person presenting this Dear PAL Miles e-Card to identify himself/herself. 

23. In cases of flight disruptions or cancellations, the refund value will be credited back to the Dear PAL Miles e-Card used to purchase the tickets or myPAL Travel Boost  (as applicable). Refund is in accordance with the Fare Conditions of the ticket.
